Contact and valuation requests

Your title, name, email, phone number and property details allow your request to be saved, an initial market guide to be displayed and Brice to respond about your valuation. Contact-form messages are also saved to answer your enquiry. Requests may be exported to Excel for follow-up. This processing responds to your service request. The indicative result uses the municipality, property type and floor area; the other information prepares the personalised assessment.

The separate property and local-news consent is optional. If selected, your email is added to a list for possible future news emails based on consent. This form does not activate a newsletter mailing. Declining does not prevent a valuation.

Access, retention and rights

Requests are available only to the website owner in a private area. Contact messages, detailed property information and phone numbers are retained for up to one year. Without newsletter consent, valuation requests are then deleted. With consent, only the name, email and proof of consent remain for up to three years from collection, unless consent is withdrawn or deletion requested. Excel exports must observe the same retention periods and deletion requests. Purging runs when new requests are submitted and when the private area is opened. Data is not sold to partners for marketing.

You can request access, correction or deletion, object to processing and withdraw newsletter consent at any time by emailing Brice. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. You can complain to the CNIL.

Client portal

Your identity, email, property details, agreements, reports, appointments, messages and documents are used to follow your sale. Brice and authorised contacts assigned to the same file can access it. Downloads require authorised access. You choose a private password using a personal single-use activation link. A necessary session cookie and security records are used for sign-in. Brice can disable access. Contact him about your data or closing your file. Your selected interface language is saved to your account to choose the language of system emails and notifications.

Invitations are sent from Brice’s professional email to the registered contact. The Apple app-specific password is encrypted until disconnection or revocation. It is sent only over HTTPS to mail.brice-immobilier.fr, hosted by OVHcloud, then over TLS to Apple iCloud. The relay does not retain passwords or message content. Brice can disconnect or revoke the password with Apple.

Messages from the file are sent to contacts and copied to iCloud Sent. Client portal messages are copied to Brice’s inbox with secure attachment links. Synchronisation stores the text of incoming and outgoing contact emails in the corresponding authorised file. Emails without a file reference are imported only if the contact belongs to a single file. Email attachments remain in iCloud. Synchronisation covers the last thirty days in batches of twenty emails per mailbox; other emails are not imported. Native Mail sharing is also available. Technical delivery records, without content or activation links, are kept for up to thirty days.

Article likes

Clicking Like saves a random identifier for that article in your browser and sends it with your vote. It prevents duplicate votes and allows you to remove your like. No account, name or email is requested. It is not used to track browsing or linked to forms or files. Likes remain while the article exists; removing a like deletes the server record. Clearing browser storage removes the local identifier and prevents that vote from being retrieved.

Audience statistics

The website counts page views, link and button clicks, scrolling and time while a page is visible. Referrers are reduced to general categories and devices to phone, tablet or computer. Results are aggregated by day and page. No IP address, visitor identifier, email, form text or URL parameters are kept. No tracking cookie or browsing identifier is created. Aggregated data is private to Brice and kept for at most thirteen months; it is not linked to client files.
